Caring for Body and Soul -

Through movement and healing foods

Petrea King's - Quest for Life Centre, Bundanoon NSW

Qigong is a powerful healing system developed many thousands of years ago in China . Simon Blow has been a professional Qigong teacher for over fifteen years and has studied in China on many occasions. He has his own story of amazing recovery and specialises in Qigong for regaining health and promoting healing.

Belinda Randell has been working with organic food preparation for over six years. Belinda has studied ‘Food as Medicine' and has a passion for creating healthy, nutritionally balanced meals. She believes that healing through nutrition and incorporating organic foods into daily eating creates small but profound changes.

This weekend program will combine the gentle and profound healing possibilities of caring for body and soul through Qigong exercises and learning about shopping for, and preparing healthy healing meals.

"As a zen monk I found Simon Blows Chi Gong retreat excellent. The gentle movements not only allowed me to relax the body and mind on the surface but to enter deeper meditation and experience a centeredness that is not only helpful to my health but allowed me to look deeper into my true enlightened nature. I beleive Simon's retreats would be of great benefit to anyone especially those who find it difficult to do sitting meditation. Try it. I think you will be pleasantly surprised".   Bul Hae Sunim, Zen monk
