Da Yan Wild Goose Qigong
The Wild Goose Qigong is one of the historical and classic Qigong forms from China. The movements represent the flight of wild geese and it helps to expel toxins from the body, cleanse the meridians, improve blood flow and draw in and circulate Qi. The first 64 Movement set deals primarily with the after Heaven or “post natal body” and addresses illnesses or injuries that have developed as a result of everyday life.
The second 64 movements continues on from the first 64 movement set and deals primarily with the before Heaven or ‘pre-natal body’ and addresses problems that have been genetically inherited. Having dredged the channels in the first form, the 2nd 64 set is designed to clear the channels to absorb fresh Qi, expel stale Qi, and to restore organ balance.
