Sunday morning workshop
The half day workshop is suitable for new and continuing students .
Learn and practise Qigong preparation and warm up movements. Ba Duan Jin (Daoist Yoga), Guigen Qigong, Six Healing Sounds Qigong and Five Element Qigong Meditation. All focused around harmonising the mind, body and Souls transition from Winter to Spring – into the Wood Element and strengthening the Liver. Spring is a time for growth and vitality.
