Thank you to everyone who has participated in all our online classes and Masterclasses, its been a learning curve for all of us to adapt to the technology. A big thank you to Cristina for all the planning and the technical  set up to make these online sessions so successful.

We have received great feedback from many people from different areas in Australia as well as other countries during the COVID lockdown period, such as;

We have decided it is now time to finish the twice weekly free Zoom classes (Monday 9.30am and Thursday 3pm) that we have been running over the last three months. Please note these free classes will stop at the end of June to be replaced by the following:

 Wednesday Qigong Zoom Classes
 
New online pre-paid Zoom Class every Wednesday 10am
For the foreseeable future I’m happy to continue with our online class format and will be introducing additional in-depth training. There will be a basic monthly fee of AU$40 paid in advance.
 
These new style ongoing classes will start in July to run live every Wednesday morning at 10am-11am with a video recording available for later viewing.
 
Class Details
In these regular classes during the course of the year, we will focus on the following popular Qigong practises:
 
  • Ba Duan Jin, standing form
  • Taiji Qigong Shibashi
  • Wudang Longevity Qigong
  • Liu He Gong – Six Unity Exercise
 
5 dates for diary:   Wednesday July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th
 
All classes are for one hour commencing 10am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) .A link will be provided after each class to access the video recordings to view as many times as you wish for 7 days following the live classes.

As restrictions are slowly being lifted I'm looking at recommencing community classes in Sydney in July and workshops in regional areas and interstate in August See link to workshop and retreat schedule . Of course this depends on the latest Government health advice.
